- Locate and select the file you want to share.
- Select Ok to insert a shareable link into your email.
Problems with attachments
Experiencing difficulty when attaching a file? Here are a few common issues:
- Special characters - remove special characters from the title and try again.
- Unsupported web browser - make sure you're using a supported web browser.
- Large file size - emails can't exceed 25MB, so if you need to attach a file over 25MB, use the option to share files from Google Drive or Dropbox.
- Some file types present a security risk - we don't support a variety of file formats, such as .bat, .cmd, .exe, .hta, .iso, .jar, .lnk, .msi, .scr, and .vbs, because they are often used to distribute malware.
